Quick User Guide
- Place the light on the stand, set up in a convenient location like a desk or tabletop, and turn it on
- Find a comfortable distance where you are facing the lamp, but do not look directly into it
- When adjusting the brightness, we suggest using a low brightness level for a period of 10 minutes at first use
Best Using Distance: Place 5.5 inches - 20 inches away from your eyes and find a comfortable angle to make sure the light is facing your eyes, but avoid looking directly into the light.
